Luxia is a collection of apartment communities managed by RPM Living. This page explains, in plain terms, how information is handled on the Luxia brand website (luxiaapartments.com). When you visit a specific community website or submit a leasing inquiry, that activity is also covered by RPM Living's privacy policy, available at rpmliving.com/privacy-policy.
Information we collect
If you submit an inquiry form on this site, we collect the contact details and preferences you provide (such as name, email, phone, preferred area and bedroom count) so a Luxia or RPM Living team member can respond and help you find a community. As with most websites, basic technical data such as pages visited may be collected to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, arrange tours, and share relevant community options. By submitting a form, you agree that Luxia and RPM Living may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of renting.
Sharing
We share your inquiry with the relevant Luxia community and RPM Living team so they can assist you. We do not sell your personal information. Community websites are hosted on the RentCafe (Yardi) platform, whose handling of data is governed by its own terms.
